We would like to thank you for your interest in Midlands Dog Rescue and fostering a rescue dog. We rely heavily on having enough foster homes to help us care for our dogs. All foster homes are fully supported throughout the foster process, including the supply of equipment, food and medical care. Please complete the form honestly and in full.
