About Us
Our family-run rescue has spent more than 10 years caring for and rescuing dogs. After volunteering, assessing dogs and supporting other rescues, we decided the best way to help more animals was to start our own rescue.
Why We Started
Our aim is to help in the never-ending struggle to secure rescue placements for dogs in need. Midlands Dog Rescue was founded as a foster-based rescue, which means the dogs we help can go directly into a home environment where they can be cared for and properly assessed.
Our Work
We rehabilitate and rehome dogs from a wide variety of backgrounds. Our focus is helping dogs that have found themselves homeless and in need of a safe, suitable new home.
We work throughout the Midlands, but we are not limited or defined by one area. We go where we are needed and try to provide support wherever we can.
